Do you actually submit job applications for me?
Yes. Your assigned recruiter manages the application workflow for targeted roles and records submitted applications in your private portal.
How are target jobs selected?
Your profile stores your target roles, location and work preferences. The recruiter uses that context when selecting relevant jobs for the daily workflow.
Do you use the same resume for every application?
No. A new tailored resume is generated for the specific job description while preserving your factual employers, titles, dates, education, certifications, and other locked career facts.
Can I see the exact resume that was submitted?
Yes. For submitted applications, the candidate portal keeps the exact saved resume version along with the saved job description and original posting link when available.
Can I edit my profile or generate resumes myself?
The candidate portal is intentionally read-only. Your recruiter maintains the operational profile and application workflow, while Admin controls protected employment-history fields and account access.
Do you guarantee interviews or offers?
No. REZI.ELITE optimizes the application workflow and resume alignment, but employer screening, interviews, offers, and hiring decisions remain entirely with employers.
Can anyone create a portal account?
No. There is no public self-registration. You submit an onboarding request first, and REZI.ELITE creates portal access after onboarding.
What stays private from the candidate portal?
Internal ATS analysis, recruiter notes, recruiter identity, AI prompts, refinement logic, and resume-generation controls remain internal. Candidates see the information they need to track their own submitted applications.
